BAKED Doughnuts was created to bring healthy-snacking to the forefront, to show you can satisfy your cravings without refined sugar and unhealthy fats. We wanted to share a fresh, made-to-order product with delicious signature flavours made while you’re there and customized to your desire. We wanted to put our bets on athletes looking to take the next step in their careers regardless of age and support them with our 50/50 days. We wanted to create a gluten-free product that is made in a 100% gluten-free environment. We also wanted to create a completely vegan option. Most importantly, we want to create an unforgettable experience for our guests and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Bayan Sharafi has focused on gluten-free, protein baking for the past three years. In 2017, Bayan was named the Best Protein Chef from Muscle Insider and recently sponsored by Optimum Nutrition in recognition of his baking. Nine months were required to make this doughnut recipe perfect and ready to share with all of you.
BAKED Doughnuts are designed to be a healthy-alternative to nutrient-deficient snack foods, offering 5x the protein content per doughnut with only 8 grams of coconut sugar.
