BAKED Doughnuts was created to bring create a satisfying flavour experience with each bite. We started out using Whey protein and because of so many allergies, we decided lets remove all dairy, and now are completely dairy-free as well! We wanted to share a fresh, made-to-order product with delicious signature flavours made while you’re there and customized to your desire. To create a gluten-free product that is made in a 100% gluten-free environment. Most importantly, we want to create an unforgettable experience for our guests and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Bayan Sharafi has focused on gluten-free, protein baking for the past three years. In 2017, Bayan was named the Best Protein Chef from Muscle Insider and recently sponsored by Optimum Nutrition in recognition of his baking. It took about 2 years through alot of trial and error and feedback to have the recipe we do now.
BAKED Doughnuts are designed to be a healthier alternative to nutrient-deficient snack foods, offering 3x the protein content per doughnut with only 5 grams of coconut sugar. Baked Doughnuts will be a great snack option for anyone who’s gluten-intolerant, dairy-free, egg free, athletes, active-lifestyle adults and kids of all types.
